My favourite thing about this is how Amos says it with respect, he admires that Prax isn't like him and saves him from losing his good character. This show has so much depth to it's people, they are highly believable but exemplified to make good story, it's excellent writing and development.

The music really sets the tone right in this scene. The actor who played Anubis his smile coupled with Michael Shanks disbelief look perfectly executed.

This scene does effectively what all transformers movies cant. The question of if humanity is worth saving. Leeloo is a pure being with no understanding of humanities violent nature, and being exposed to such images broke her. All transformers movies pose this question but nowhere near as well

The most heart-breaking part of all this is the day counter in the bottom right. Rodney goes from reciting 12 digits of Pi to barely even having object permanence... in just over 2 weeks. And he knows it's happening the entire time.

This is one of the sadest scifi sequence I've ever seen. Saw it when it was first broadcast. I know the outcome we know, but the journey to that outcome is tear jerking.
